A featherweight sparkler. I first tried this wine over twenty years ago and have been a fan ever since. I liked it then, it's better today. Made from Jacquere, Chardonnay and Altesse. It's effervescent, bright, lively and under 10% alcohol. There's a refreshing purity to it. It's perfect to serve well chilled at the start of a meal. It smells and tastes like crisp apple and lemon zest. It's not complex, but it's very enjoyable for it's simplicity. With a good stopper, it'll keep for days in the fridge.
